Dr. Pooja Lakhani Sheth

Dr. Pooja Lakhani Sheth is a highly skilled ophthalmologist with 12 years of experience in the field of eye care, pediatric ophthalmology, and strabismology. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and precise treatment to her patients.

She completed her MBBS in 2010 from BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad, followed by DOMS in 2012 from M & J Western Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. In 2013 , she served in the Ophthalmology Department at Sola Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad.

She further pursued a long-term Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismology Fellowship at NABH-accredited Anuradha Eye Hospital, Sangli, Maharashtra, where she gained expertise in managing complex pediatric and strabismus cases.

Previously, Dr. Pooja worked for 5 years at Vivekananda Eye Care Center, Ramkrushna Ashram, Rajkot, where she served her patients with utmost dedication and even started Pediatric Ophthal and Squint department there..., the first of its kind service for kids in Saurashtra

With the ambition of providing best possible advanced treatment options to her patients at affordable rates she started her private Sahaj Eye Care Centre in 2018 in Rajnagar chowk,where along with adults she had a special focus on developing centre and creating awareness and treating pediatric eye ailments which was the need of time in Saurashtra...

Trust of her patients always helped her to keep bringing the proven advanced technology at hometown and finally in December 2025 ,Sahaj is shifted now to new bigger premises with further additional facilities for her patients
