Dr. Pooja Lakhani Sheth is first Paediatric Ophthalmologist and Strabismologist in entire Saurashtra Kutch region to start awareness about the ocular problems in kids and in  bringing their specialised examination techniques.
She is a Versatile Phaco surgeon with years of experience in handling basic as well as complicated cataract surgeries and a
LASIK surgeon performing wide range of procedures for refractive correction (CONTOURA/SILK/PHAKIC IOL........)

Dr Pooja did her MBBS from prestigious B J Medical college Ahmedabad and did her post graduation from Renowed M and J Western Regional institute at civil hospital, Ahmedabad.

She started her practice in Rajkot in 2014 by joining as consultant at Vivekananda Eye Care centre ,Shri Ramakrishna ashram , where apart from Comprehensive Ophthalmology, she started a Pediatric Ophthalmology and Squint department which was first of its kind service in entire Saurashtra Kutch region..

After serving at Ramkrishna ashram for 4 and half years, she started Sahaj Eye Care centre in 2018 to expand the service horizon in the area and to keep providing benefits of continuous advancements to her patients. 

Apart from being academically active in school and college days, she is still continuously active to get updated for the most advanced technology update in ophthalmology and to provide it ethically and reasonably to her patients.

She is also attached as Associate in Sure Sight Laser Center where the most Advanced refractive Surgeries are done...
